There have been an increasing number of cases where the name on Identification Document does not match the name on your Prometric ID. If the names do not match, you will not be able to take the exam because we cannot verify your identity.

Please carefully read the "Notes on Creating Prometric ID" and register your name correctly.

If you have already registered a Prometric ID under an incorrect name, please contact Customer Service.
