[Accommodation Industry Proficiency Test (ii)] Notice of expansion of implementation countries

Accommodation Industry Proficiency Test (ii) will be held in the following countries:
India (except Guwahati), Sri Lanka, Philippines
- Reservation start date: June 3, 2024, around 10:00 AM (Japan time)
- Test period: June 6, 2024 - March 10, 2025
Myanmar
- Reservation start date: June 28, 2024, around 3:30 pm (Myanmar time)
- Test period: July 3, 2024 to August 20, 2024
Nepal
- Reservation start date: July 1, 2024, around 2:45 pm (Nepal time)
- Test period: July 4, 2024 to August 21, 2024
Reservations will be made in stages by test date, time and Test Center.
Immediately after reservations begin, the reservation site may be busy with a large number of visitors, making it difficult to log in. Please wait a while before trying again.
In addition, from April 2024, in order to ensure that everyone has an appropriate opportunity to take the exam, it will not be possible to cancel an exam reservation once it has been made.
You can continue to change the date, time, and location of your test up until 23:59 (Japan time) three business days before the test date.
Please note that reservations cannot be changed if there are no available seats.
*If the test date is a Saturday, Sunday, or a Japanese national holiday, you can apply up to 4 business days before the test. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays, and the New Year's holidays.
