The test fee for JFT-Basic will be revised starting with the May 2024 test (reservations will begin in late April 2024).

JFT-Basic was launched in 2019 as a test that could be used to meet the Japanese language requirements for the "Specified Skilled Worker" No. 1 residence status. However, in light of the increase in test administration costs due to the subsequent rise in global prices, we have been forced to revise the test fee.
