From April 2024, in order to ensure that you have an appropriate opportunity to take the exam, it will no longer be possible to cancel your exam reservation once it has been booked.
When booking your exam, please be careful not to make mistakes in selecting the exam (including the language) or registering your name, date of birth, nationality, or gender.
You can still change the date, time, and location of your test up until 23:59 (Japan time) three business days before the test date. Please note that you cannot change your reservation if there are no available seats.
*If the test date is a Saturday, Sunday, or a Japanese national holiday, you can apply up to 4 business days before the test. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays, and the New Year's holidays.
