[Accommodation Sector Specified Skilled Worker (i) Examination] Notice of start of reservations for 2025

Reservations for the Accommodation Sector Specified Skilled Worker (i) Examination from April 2025 onwards will begin at around 10:00 a.m. on April 4th (Japan time).
Reservations can be made from 59 days before the test date.
The reservation start date may differ for some countries, such as Myanmar and Nepal. Please check the announcements posted on the "Announcements for each country" page.
Immediately after reservations begin being accepted, there may be a high volume of access to the reservation site, making it impossible to log in.
When access is concentrated, you will be directed to an online "virtual waiting room" and guided to the site in order. In the virtual waiting room, you can check the estimated waiting time. There is a limit to the number of seats that can be reserved. Please note that even if you wait for a long time, you may not be able to make a reservation.
After you are redirected to the reservation site, if you wait about 20 minutes, you will be asked to stand in line again even if you are in the middle of making a reservation. Please make sure to complete your reservation within 20 minutes.
We conduct routine maintenance every Thursday from 18:30 to 22:00 (Japan time) (※). Please note that during maintenance, Prometric website reservations and some related services will be unavailable.

In addition, Voucher that can be used after May 2025 will go on sale from April 1, 2025.
You can change the date, time, or location up until 23:59 (Japan time) three business days before the test date.
Please note that reservations cannot be changed if there are no available seats.
*If the test date is a Saturday, Sunday, or a Japanese national holiday, you can apply up to 4 business days before the test. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays, and the New Year's holidays.
