In order to strengthen security, the exam will be held at limited Test Center.
Please note the following:

• Please check the test dates in Japan for available Test Center.
• Those who currently have a reservation for a test date between January 22, 2025 and January 31, 2025
  This will not affect exams that have already been booked, however, exam reservations cannot be changed to dates that are not listed on the schedule.
• Those who currently have a reservation for a test date on or after February 1, 2025
  Some Test Center will not be holding tests from February onwards, so you will need to reschedule your reservation.
  Affected Candidate will be contacted by email from customer service around January 20, 2025.
  
  At the following Test Center, the exam will only be held in some exam rooms. If you have a reservation for an exam room that is not being held, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you reschedule your reservation.

  Minami-Urawa Ekimae Test Center (Saitama)
  Ochanomizu Sola City Test Center, Nishi-Shinjuku/Tocho-mae Test Center (Tokyo)

  The procedure for transferring a reservation is as follows:

  ②Click the Change Schedule button and select the date and Test Center.
  *Reservations can be made from 3 business days after logging in (4 business days after logging in on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
