Notice regarding the introduction of "Virtual Waiting Room"

In order to improve customer experience during peak hours on the registration website, we will be introducing a "virtual waiting room."

  • About the "Virtual Waiting Room"
    • Immediately after reservations begin, there may be a large amount of traffic to the registration website.
    • When there is a surge in traffic, users will be directed to an online "virtual waiting room" and guided to the registration website in order.
    • You can check the estimated waiting time in the virtual waiting room.
       
  • About the "Virtual Waiting Room Pre-queue"
    • The virtual waiting room pre-queue may be displayed 30 minutes before reservations begin.
    • Anyone who accesses the virtual waiting room during this time will be entered into a lottery to determine their order at random.
    • Once reservations open, a virtual waiting room will appear.
    • Anyone who accesses the virtual waiting room after reservations open will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis following the order determined by lottery.
       
  • Notes
    • After you are redirected to the reservation site, if you wait about 20 minutes, you will be asked to stand in line again even if you are in the middle of making a reservation. Please make sure to complete your reservation within 20 minutes.
    • Please note that there is a limited number of seats available for reservation. Even if you wait for a long time, you may not be able to make a reservation.
