In order to strengthen the proper management of Candidate information, after January 2024, Candidate information registered at the time of reservation (name, date of birth, nationality, and gender) cannot be changed for any reason.
Therefore, when Create a new Prometric ID or making a reservation, please make sure to enter your name correctly as it appears on your passport or other valid Identification Document, and make sure that your date of birth, nationality, and gender are also correct before completing your registration.
Please be careful not to make any mistakes when filling out your name, date of birth, nationality and gender as they will be listed on Notification of assessment results, which is a required document when applying for a residence status.

Test sponsor and Prometric will not be held responsible for any problems such as incomplete documents due to incorrect registration information when applying for status of residence.
For information on registering your name, please refer to the "Attention for Register Prometric ID" page and register it correctly.
