[IMPORTANT] Regarding exam reservation confirmation and payment errors (updated)

To those who made a payment using OVO, an Indonesian payment method, and were charged even though a reservation was not made:

  • The refund has been completed. Please check your OVO Wallet to confirm. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • If you have any questions about refunds, please contact OVO. Prometric Customer Service cannot answer individual inquiries about refunds.

Since recently (August 15th), the following issues have been occurring with some test reservations.
"After completing the payment on the payment screen, Confirmation Letter is not displayed on the reservation site and I cannot receive the reservation completion email."

  • In this case, your test reservation may have already been confirmed, so please log in to the reservation site again and check on your My Page that your reservation is confirmed.
  • If you cannot confirm your reservation on your My Page, your reservation has not been made and you will need to make a new reservation.
  • If you have been charged even though a reservation has not been made, you will be eligible for a refund.
    We will provide separate instructions to those eligible for a refund, so please wait.
    When making a refund, we may require a screenshot or other document that confirms payment of the test fee, so please prepare it and wait. Please do not send any documents until you receive instructions from us. We are currently receiving many emails with screenshots attached, but we will not respond to them individually.
  • Due to numerous errors occurring with OVO, one of the payment methods in Indonesia, we will be temporarily suspending OVO.
  • Please refrain from directly visiting Test Center or the offices of the organizing body to make inquiries.

There may be a high volume of access to the reservation site, making it impossible to log in. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please try again after a while.
In addition, we are currently receiving a large number of inquiries, and it is difficult to get through on the phone. Responses via the inquiry form are also taking longer than usual. We ask for your patience.
