There have been advertisements on social media from companies that act as agents for making reservations or reselling reservation slots, but Test sponsor and Prometric are not affiliated with these services whatsoever.

We have confirmed that some companies are posing as Prometric employees, claiming to have access to the reservation system and Candidate information, and conducting transactions with the aim of receiving money from Candidate who are trying to schedule an exam. However, Prometric employees, Test Center staff and customer service staff in all countries, including Indonesia, are not affiliated with these services in any way.

In light of the above, we ask that you refrain from using reservation agents and similar services. At the same time, please be aware that Prometric bears no responsibility for any problems that arise as a result of using such services.
