At the following Test Center in Indonesia, only those who have been vaccinated can take the test. Please only make reservations if you have been vaccinated.
If you are unable to present your vaccination certificate at Test Center, or if the name written on your vaccination certificate does not match your ID, you will be considered "absent" and your test fee will not be refunded.
*Must have completed at least one vaccination. Test Center will take measures based on the Indonesian government's policies.
