Attention for register Prometric ID
Your name will be on Confirmation Letter and Score report in the following order:
First name / Middle name / Last name
*Please enter your name so that it appears on Confirmation Letter form and result notification in the same order as the name on Identification Document.
*Please note that you cannot change your name after taking the exam, so please be careful not to make any mistakes when registering.
Please refer to the example below when registering.
Single name
Especially for Myanmar, Vietnamese, and Indonesian citizens with single names.

Long name
Especially Sri Lankans with long name.

You can enter up to 20 characters for "First Name" and "Last Name." If it is longer than that, please enter it in "middle name".
Non-Enligsh Alphabet name
Especially for Vietnamese citizen with non-English alphabet name.

Non-Enliish alphabets should be converted to English alphabets and entered.
Ethnic name
Especially for Myanmar citizens with ethnic names.
