[IMPORTANT] Changes to valid Identification Document after December 2, 2024
Thank you for your continued use of Prometric website.
In conjunction with the integration of My Number cards and health insurance cards, the government has announced that issuance of traditional health insurance cards will end on Thursday, December 2, 2024.
The current health insurance card will no longer be valid after Monday, December 2, 2025. (Reference: Using My Number Cards as Health Insurance Cards)
In response to the above decision, we will be changing Identification Document that can be used for the exams we deliver.
What's changed
A valid combination of two items (employee ID cards must have a photo)
