Scheduling
- Exam time includes NDA and tutorial.
- Reservations can be made from 60 days before the test date to at least 3 business days before the test date. If the test date is a Saturday or Sunday, the deadline is 4 business days before the test date. Please check "Deadlines and Fees by Payment Method" as they vary depending on the payment method.
- Business days are days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.
- You will not be able to make changes to Scheduling unless Test Fee has been paid.
On the day of exam date
- Reception is open from 30 minutes to 15 minutes before the start time of the exam. If you are late to the reception desk, you will not be able to take the test, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
- You will be required to present the designated Identification Document on the day of the test. If you cannot present it, you will not be able to take the test.
Change/Cancellation
- A fee of 1,188 yen (tax included) will be charged for changes or cancellations made 29 days before the test date.
- Fees can only be paid by credit card.
- Web receipts for fees cannot be issued.
Test Scheduling
ID creation
If you do not have a Prometric ID, please create one first.
If you have Prometric ID that starts with JP, you can use it for all exams, so please log in and proceed with your reservation.
Login/ Scheduling /Change/Cancellation
Reservations, changes, and cancellations can be made up to three business days before the test date. If the test date is a Saturday or Sunday, the deadline is 4 business days before the test date.
Reservation and payment deadlines and fees vary depending on the payment method, so please check "Deadlines and Fees by Payment Method".
Reasonable Accommodation
If you require reasonable accommodation to take the test, you must apply in advance before Scheduling Test.

Driver's license, passport, My Number Card, Basic Resident Register Card, Residence Card, Special Permanent Resident Certificate, Driving History Certificate

Test Result
Test Result notification
Test Result will be displayed on the screen after the test is completed. We will also provide you with a score report via email.
Please check the "Score Report" for details.
Certification
If you pass PeopleCert exam, you will receive an email from PeopleCert within 7 business days giving you access to Candidate Portal. From the Candidate Portal, you will be able to manage your certificates and have your certificate (paper) mailed to you. You can apply for a fee.
For inquiries regarding certification, please contact "People Cert Customer Service" with the "Confirmation Number" included in the email that notified you of the score report.
