With the rapid spread of broadband, it has become an urgent task for information and communications-related companies to develop construction supervisors who have the knowledge and high-level skills to handle the latest network technology.
Unlike regular correspondence courses, eLPIT is a unique construction supervisor training course that integrates the process up to obtaining national qualifications. By using e-learning, it is possible to acquire the required knowledge easily and reliably in a short period of time.
If you pass the eLPIT completion exam, you will be issued a "Certificate of Completion of Construction Supervisor Training Course" by the Japan Data Communications Association. This certificate allows you to apply for a construction supervisor qualification certificate to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.

Scheduling
- A student ID is required to reserve an exam. (Example: 14B0000) Please check the "Construction Supervisor Training Course Elpit Portal Site" for details.
- Reservations can be made from 60 days before the test date to at least 3 business days before the test date. If the test date is a Saturday or Sunday, the deadline is 4 business days before the test date.
- Business days are days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.
- If you are making reservations for multiple subjects, you will need to have vacant seats for the combined exam time for each subject. Please check the table below.

On the day of exam date
- Reception is open from 30 minutes to 15 minutes before the start time of the exam. If you are late to the reception desk, you will not be able to take the test, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
- You will be required to present the designated Identification Document on the day of the test. If you cannot present it, you will not be able to take the test.
